After practicing Grace, I made some studies for movie!Rocky, including from the deleted scences. I imagined him a little differently when I read the book, but I am not going to lie: They did a great job with the puppet design in the movie. It is so lively and cute! So, it has basically already replaced my own Rocky design in my head.

As a bonus, here is how I imagined Rocky while reading the Project Hail Mary book. I must have missed the line where it says that his vents sit upon a protruding pentagon, so ups. I’m going to update that later in my book!Rocky design. On a side note, I find it curious that so many early book designs have spindly legs like mine. Probably because the author describes him as spider looking.
